If you are a member of the New Jersey Bar, admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and have no training or experience with CM/ECF, you must register with PACER for an e:filing account with our court; click on the PACER link for more guidance. Our training staff will contact you with further instructions after you register. 

If you are a member of the New Jersey Bar, admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and are an e:filer in another Federal Court, you will need to provide a copy of your transaction log from their system. 

If you are not a member of the New Jersey Bar you can still have limited access to CM/ECF.
