The United States Bankruptcy Court - District of New Jersey has tested and certified that the following petition software is compliant with the case upload feature of our electronic filing system (cm/ecf). We have tested that they work with our system, however if you encounter problems while using the software, please contact the vendor. The court has not tested all petition software available. We will continue to test the software which is available to attorneys and post when we have certified. This does not mean your software is not compliant with our system, we just have not tested it to date.

These programs do not allow you to automatically upload the chapter 13 summary. You must do this as a separate filing directly on our electronic case filing system. In addition, the case upload does not work with involuntary petitions or incomplete petitions (petitions which are missing any schedules).
