At its September 2013 session, the Judicial Conference of the United States approved changes to the
Bankruptcy Miscellaneous Fee Schedule as set forth below. The changes are effective December 1, 2013.

Modified Fees:

• For retrieval of one file/box of records from the National Archives - $64.00
   
• For any payment returned or denied for insufficient funds - $ 53.00

NOTE: The amount of this fee has not changed. The language has
been modified to account for electronic payments.

New Fees:

• Motion to Sell of the Estate Property Free and Clear of Liens Under 11 U.S.C. § 363(f) - $176.00.
   
• For retrievals involving multiple boxes - $39.00 for each additional box after the first.

The revised Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule will be posted on the Court’s web site
December 1, 2013.
