A Chief Judge may designate additional administrative leave days beyond federal holidays. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, in honor of the National Day of Mourning for President James Earl Carter, Jr., all offices of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey shall be CLOSED on Thursday, January 9, 2025;
The court’s Electronic Case Files (ECF) and Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) systems will remain operational during the closure. Emergency contact numbers will be available on the court's website, www.njb.uscourts.gov.
