NOTICE TO THE BAR CONCERNING
ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE
Attorneys are advised that effective immediately, an attorney granted admission to practice
before the Court pro hac vice shall, upon entry of the Order, in addition to the payment to the New
Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection, as provided by New Jersey Court Rule 1:28-2 and DNJ
L. Civ. R. 101.1, make a payment to the United States District Court in the amount of $150.00 in
compliance with D.N.J. L.Civ.R. 101(c)(3). Payment is to be made directly to the District Court.
The Court’s local form Order for Admission Pro Hac Vice has been revised accordingly.
