Query
Query can be used to look up information about a particular case. Query allows the user to do many tasks. Some functions include running a docket report, checking associated cases, running a deadline report and claims register.
Please see below for complete list of all the functions included in the Query report.
STEP 1 Click on Query
STEP 2 Enter your appropriate PACER login and password; click [Login]
STEP 3 Enter case number; click [NEXT]
STEP 4 Enter the appropriate Case Number, Last / Business Name, First Name, Middle Names, Tax ID / EIN, SSN / ITIN, Type, and select whether it is an open or closed case; click [Run Query]
Note: You do not need to enter all of the above mentioned information into the Query field. However, more information entered in the Query field will produce a more specific Query result.
STEP 5 Select which function for which you would like more information:
- Alias - Provides alias names used by the debtor(s)
- Associated Cases - Provides adversary, related or consolidated cases
- Attorney - List of all attorneys involved in case
- Case Summary - Overview of entire case including file date, attorneys, related cases, pending status and trustee
- Creditor - List of all creditors in the case
- Deadline/Schedule - List of all deadlines due and set in the case
- Docket Report - Complete list of all things filed in the case and links to all documents
- Filers - Individuals who have filed documents in the case
- History/Documents - History of all documents filed in the case
- Notice of Bankruptcy Case Filing - Notice issued once case is opened
- Party - List of all parties in the case
- Related Transactions - Any related transactions filed in case both pending and terminated
- Trustee - Information about Trustee in the case
- Claims Register - Link to run a claims register of all claims in the case
- Creditor Mailing Matrix - Mailing list of all creditors in the case
