EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

Please be advised that effective immediately, the Board of Judges for the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey has approved a new Local Form, Individual Debtor’s Chapter 11 Combined Plan of Reorganization [or Liquidation] and Disclosure Statement. The new Local Form was drafted by the Lawyers Advisory Committee (LAC), Chapter 11 Subcommittee, for mandatory use as a Local Form in this District. The form is available on the Court’s website: www.njb.uscourts.gov.
