EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
Please be advised that effective immediately, the Board of Judges for the
Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey has approved a new Local
Form, Chapter 11 Small Business Debtor’s Combined Plan of Reorganization(or
Liquidation)and Disclosure Statement. The new Local Form was drafted by
the Lawyers Advisory Committee (LAC), Chapter 11 Subcommittee, for
mandatory use as a Local Form in this District.
