NOTICE TO THE BAR AND PUBLIC
UPDATE REGARDING COURT OPERATIONS AND PROCEDURES
DURING COVID-19
Please note that, due to the CDC designating the Community Level status of the
surrounding counties for the Trenton & Camden vicinages as High, persons seeking entry to or
occupying the public areas of Court facilities within the Mitchell H. Cohen Building and U.S.
Courthouse (Camden) or the Clarkson S. Fisher Building and U.S. Courthouse (Trenton), will be
required to wear masks until further notice. Continue to consult the Court’s website for the most
up to date information.
Please be reminded that, as set forth in the court’s Notice to the Bar and Public Dated
March 31, 2022, exceptions to any service requirements and/or original signature retention
requirements set forth in prior General Orders during COVID-19 expired on March 31, 2022.
Parties should be guided by the federal and local bankruptcy rule requirements.
