IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE BAR AND PUBLIC CONCERNING LOCAL RULE CHANGE DUE TO
DECEMBER 1, 2020 AMENDMENTS TO THE FEDERAL RULES OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE
The bar and public are advised that, pursuant to forthcoming amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure effective December 1, 2020, the following Local Rule of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey has been revised, as of December 1, 2020, pending formal amendment of the Rules under the Court’s Annual Local Rule Making Cycle.
D.N.J. LBR 2004-1. Examination
Subdivisions (a), (b), and (c) of this Rule are amended to include electronically stored information in document production, in accordance with changes to Bankruptcy Rule 2004.
