IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE BAR AND PUBLIC CONCERNING
DISTRICT OF NEW JERSEY COVID-19 RECOVERY GUIDELINES (PHASE II)
In response to the rapidly developing facts, preparedness planning and response guidance concerning COVID-19, a phased approach to reopening the courthouses is being implemented. Please review the attached District of New Jersey COVID-19 Recovery Guidelines for Phase II. The current target dates for Phase II are July 6, 2020 – September 8, 2020.
The Guidelines are also available on the Court’s website, www.njb.uscourts.gov.
