2012 LOCAL RULE MAKING CYCLE - THIRTY DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

On or about March 15, 2012, the Board of Judges for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey approved proposed amendments to its Local Bankruptcy Rules. Pursuant to the Court’s Annual Rule Making Cycle, the proposed Local Rule amendments are subject to the approval of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, subsequent to a thirty day public comment period. Approved Local Rule Amendments are effective August 1, 2012.
