NOTICE TO THE BAR AND PUBLIC CONCERNING

2008 AMENDMENTS TO LOCAL RULES

     Pursuant to the Court’s Annual Rule Making Cycle, please be advised that the following Local Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey have been amended effective August 1, 2008.

1. D.N.J. LBR 2016-1(j)(3), Compensation of Professionals- Residential Mortgagee’s Post-Petition Preconfirmation Attorney’s Fees in Residential Mortgagee’s Proof of Claim; Bar to and Waiver of Fee-Based Claims;

2. D.N.J. LBR 9013-1(d) , Motion Practice - Responsive Papers; Cross-Motions;

3. D.N.J. LBR 2014-1(a), Employment of Professionals - General Requirements;

4. D.N.J. LBR 1009-1(b), Amendments to Lists and Schedules - Added Creditor;
