Data Enabled Form Standard

In the period of rapid technological innovation, it is critical that both government and the private sector efficiently use new technology to achieve core missions. The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) and the Executive Office of the United States Trustees (EOUST) are pleased to announce a new standard for filing "data enabled" bankruptcy forms that we urge you to adopt.
