NOTICE TO THE BAR AND PUBLIC
CONCERNING 2016 LOCAL RULE AND FORM REVISIONS

 

The bar and public are advised that pursuant to the court’s annual rule making cycle the
following local rules for the U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey are new or have
been revised. The changes are effective August 1, 2016.

  • D.N.J. LBR 1006-1. Payment of Filing Fees in Installments
  • D.N.J. LBR 1009-1. Amendment to Schedule or List of Creditors
  • D.N.J. LBR 1015-1. Joint Administration
  • D.N.J. LBR 2014-1. Examination
  • D.N.J. LBR 3016-1. Chapter 11 Plan or Disclosure Statement
  • D.N.J. LBR 6004-1. Motion to Sell Property
  • D.N.J. LBR 7003-1. Commencement of Adversary Proceeding
  • D.N.J. LBR 9010-2. Substitution or Withdrawal of Appearance
  • D.N.J. LBR 9019-1. Mediation: Qualifications and Compensation
  • D.N.J. LBR 9019-2. Mediation: Procedures

 

The local rules of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, as published,
supersede all previously entered general orders concerning court policy governed by local rule. For
ease of reference, the following link may be accessed to access the local rules.

The court has also revised the following mandatory local forms:
