Our court encourages parties to utilize our Mediation Program as a cost effective means to settle disputes that may arise. If you would like more information about becoming a mediator with our court, you may contact the program administrator: Lisa_Dash@njb.uscourts.gov
- REGISTER OF MEDIATORS: We currently have over 86 mediators participating in the program. Many are lawyers whose practice areas include not only bankruptcy, but other areas such as real estate, matrimonial law, and labor and employment law.
