The enactment of BAPCPA has presented all of us with new challenges and problems. The LAC welcomes and solicits suggestions from all members of the Bankruptcy Bar for ways to improve the practice before the Court.
If any member of the Bankruptcy Bar has any ideas or suggestions of ways to improve the practice through local rule or procedural changes or if any member of the bankruptcy bar has concerns regarding any issues that need to be addressed by the Court, please contact any member of the LAC so that the suggestion or concern can be placed on the agenda to be considered by all members.
