REMINDER:

Pursuant to L.B.R, 9013-1(c) all motions must be filed and served at least 20 days prior to the return date. Motions for stay relief must be scheduled to be heard within 30 days of filing. U.S.C. 11 Section 362(d). Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 3007, objections to claims must be filed and served 30 days prior to the hearing. You must choose a hearing date that complies with these time requirements. The Court will reschedule improperly listed matters and the participant will receive a Notice of Electronic Filing indicating the correct date. It is the responsibility of the participant to notify all interested parties of the change. Continuous scheduling errors may result in a revocation of the participant's log-in and password.
