Pursuant to L.B.R. 9013-1(c), all motions must be filed and served at least 20 days prior to the return date. Motions for stay relief must be scheduled to be heard within 30 days of filing. U.S.C. 11 Section 362(d) It is the responsibility of the e:filer to ensure proper notice. The Court will reschedule improperly listed matters and the e:filer will receive a Notice of Electronic Filing indicating the correct date.
