Technical Questions
If you are having trouble viewing our forms and/or some other document, it's because your web browser, wheather it be Internet Explorer, Netscape, or some other kind, needs a 'plug-in' from Adobe called 'Acrobat Reader'.
You can download it at www.adobe.com, install it and restart your browser. If you need step-by-step instructions please Click Here.
If you need to download and save a particular form to your computer, move the mouse pointer to the form you need and press the button on the right side of your mouse. A small menu should appear. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, choose "save target as". If you are using Netscape Navigator or Netscape Communicator, choose "save link as". Then Navigate to the folder you want to store the form in. Click "save".
If you are not comfortable with directory structures or file management, you can choose to save to your "desktop" instead. In the "save" dialog, look for "save in". Just next to it is a drop-down box. It is the box with a down arrow. Click on it and look for and click on "desktop". Finally click "save".
