What if the debtor must file immediately?
The following MUST be filed:
Official Form 21 Statement of Social Security Number (this is only required when filing hard copies. This form is not required when e:filing)
Credit Counseling Certificate (or indicate on Exhibit D a Request for Exemption or Exigent Circumstances)
Creditor Matrix (there must be at least one creditor on the creditor matrix)
In addition, you must include the full filing fee of $299 OR Form 3A - Application to Pay Filing Fee in Installments OR Form B3B Application for Waiver of the Chapter 7 Filing Fee. See "What is the fee to file a Chapter 7 petition?" for information on the Chapter 7 filing fee.
