During this recent wave of e-mail virus attempts, we received a number of inquiries from the public concerning e-mails which appear to have originated from the Court. We want to assure you that this is not the case. All these e-mails are disguised by the virus as e-mails from the Court. In fact, if it has been from the Court, the virus would have been stripped by our software. The computer security of the Court is updated regularly. To this date, we have not detected any e-mails containing viruses to have gone out from our system. As a general safe practice, please update your virus protection software frequently. Please use caution when opening your e-mails regardless of whether they appear to have come from a familiar e-mail address or not. And if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
